By accessing this website and booking a stay at Spill Way Eco Resort, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Bookings & Cancellations

All bookings are subject to availability. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in may incur a fee. Please refer to your booking confirmation for specific cancellation policies.

3. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to respect the eco-sensitive nature of our resort. Loud music, littering in the forest, and disturbance to wildlife are strictly prohibited.

4. Liability

Spill Way Eco Resort is not liable for any loss of valuables or personal injury during your stay, except where caused by our gross negligence.

5. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
